Naturally gifted with artistic talent, Bill Shepherd has spent his career working in the field of illustration, paint, and design. Upon graduating from high school he joined the Air Force where he served for eight years in his capacity as an illustrator, working within the confines of graphic design and related components. After the Air Force he worked for LTV and Cessna Air Craft, expanding his knowledge in his role as Director of Marketing Training Graphics & Presentations. Bill continued to add to his body of work, and decided with his wife Claudia to move to Dallas and start his own business. Inspired by Bill's father-in-law to focus his talent to paint application, Bill and Claudia opened the doors of Bill Shepherd Painting in 1969. Fifty-four years later, they are the recognized name in the high-end market of professional painting and decorative finishing.
